03 / HOW IT WORKS

A clear path.
At every handoff.

A permit submission, an issued permit, and a final inspection are different milestones. We keep the next step in view.

  1. 01

    Send the address

Share your site, sign type, drawings or photos, and any landlord criteria.

  2. 02

    Confirm the scope

Identify the jurisdiction, approval route, field conditions, and information still needed.

  3. 03

    Coordinate the work

Move through review and corrections, or prepare the approved installation package.

  4. 04

    Install and close out

Coordinate access, follow the approved plans, and document required inspections and the finish.

Already have approved plans? We can start with the installation scope.

04 / SERVICE AREA

Different cities.
One careful
starting point.

Serving Orange County and communities throughout Southern and Central California. Each address has its own requirements, sign criteria, and approval path.

Projects in surrounding areas are considered based on scope and availability. Send the address and details so we can discuss your location.

A FEW CITY STARTING POINTS

ORANGE COUNTY

Irvine

Check the property’s approved sign program first. Irvine’s published sign plan route uses IrvineReady with the “For Permitting—Other” category.

START WITH YOUR PROPERTY

Submit your building’s sign program.

Reach out to your landlord or property manager for the building’s sign program or signage criteria. This helps confirm which types of signs are allowed in your complex or business center before design or permitting begins.

Attach the sign program to your email so our team can review it with your project details.

05 / BEFORE WE START

A few good
questions.

Something specific to your job?
Ask the team directly ↗

Do you work with sign companies and business owners?

Both. Sign companies can bring Telez in for permit coordination or installation support. Business owners can start with an address, a sign idea, and their property manager’s requirements.

Can you help with just the installation?

Yes. Send the approved drawings and permits you have, site photos, sign specifications, and your target date. Our team can review the field scope, access, electrical coordination, and inspection requirements with you.

What should I send for a permit project?

Start with the street address and suite, sign type and dimensions, proposed lighting, drawings or photos, and any landlord sign criteria. Identify whether the sign is new, a replacement, a reface, or a removal.

How long does a sign permit take?

Timing depends on the city, application completeness, property approvals, engineering, and review comments. The useful first step is to identify the actual approval route for your address. A review target is not a guaranteed approval or installation date.

Are city fees included in the project price?

The proposal should identify the agreed service scope and how agency fees, engineering, access equipment, electrical work, and any additional revisions are handled. These items are confirmed for the individual project.
